Professor Susan Long is interested in human collective behaviour in groups, organisations, institutions and society, with special interest in unconscious dynamics. Susan has pioneered work in the associative unconscious and created the method of role biography and leadership role biography. She believes in the earth and all life as a whole living system.
Currently Susan is a Founding Member of the Social Dreaming International Network (SDiN). Additionally, she has held the following leadership roles:
