At NIODA, we believe in creating more humane workplaces and building the capacity of leaders to think systemically and act with integrity. Your support helps us to continue offering deeply reflective education, meaningful consulting, and research that drives real-world impact.
Whether you’re an alumna, alumnus, colleague, or someone who believes in the power of thoughtful leadership - thank you for considering a gift to NIODA.
We do not receive government funding. NIODA relies on the quality of our work - and the generosity of those who appreciate its value - to continue to help individuals, groups, organisations and systems uncover what’s really going on.
NIODA’s Jane Chapman Fund was established through a generous donation from esteemed psychodynamics consultant and researcher Jane Chapman. It exists to support NIODA’s ongoing purpose to provide education in systems psychodynamics and advance the field through leading edge research and development, for the improvement of organisations, community and society. We are a registered not-for-profit Institute of Higher Education with Deductible Gift Recipient status. All donations over $2 are tax deductible in Australia. You can nominate a focus for your donation - to develop the centre of research excellence, fund innovative research, provide whole or partial scholarships, expand the library, or grow NIODA.Jane Chapman has been an organisational and marketing consultant, a market and social researcher and an executive in the media industry.
She became involved in the systems psychodynamic field in 1990.
In 1999 Jane published ‘Hatred and Corruption of Task’ in the second edition of Socio-Analysis.
This inspired, well-loved and seminal paper in the field was followed up in 2019 with ‘Guarding against Corruption’.
These papers are of great use and interest to students and clients.
