Experience, background and philosophy
Leanne has broad clinical, policy and leadership experience within the mental health and primary health care sectors. She is particularly focused on the development and inclusion of lived experience voices and wisdom in all our work. She seeks to work at the interface of human disadvantage and she is interested in the dynamics of power and what drives the tactics of exclusion particularly at an organisational level.
