Dr Janelle Morgan

Experience, background and philosophy

Dr Janelle Morgan retired after an extensive career in the Victorian justice system including Correctional Services, Victim Services, Courts Administration and Infringement Management and Enforcement Services.

Janelle's primary interests include the design and implementation of large, system wide change projects, system redesign and training, the development and testing of new models of operation and systems psychodynamics.

Janelle’s academic interests include the application of systems psychodynamics theory, insider research and research ethics.
