Mr Ian Kimber

Experience, background and philosophy

Ian Kimber has more than 30 years' experience working in universities, the Queensland state public service, and higher education regulatory and quality agencies in Australia and the UK, achieving a wide range of significant strategic and operational outcomes.

He has worked with a number of Australian and international universities and private Institutes of Higher Education on their regulatory and quality assurance strategies, as well as continuing work as an international higher education quality reviewer and adviser to systems in countries such as Macao, Vietnam, UAE and Fiji. His aim is to assist and guide institutions in achieving their strategic objectives while maintaining quality and meeting regulatory requirements.
