Experience, background and philosophy
During early career as a psychologist in mental health and education settings, Estelle became increasingly interested in what it takes to have healthy organisations. This started a journey in leadership and management, including several years as CEO of not for profit organisations, and several Board appointments.
Concurrently, Estelle undertook further studies in organisation and governence. She has found systems psychodynamics invaluable in this journey, and see NIODA's work as invaluable to today's world.
