Experience, background and philosophy
My purpose in work and indeed life, is to help myself and others make meaning out of the mayhem, the mystery, the madness of it all. I have been consulting for nearly three decades and my passionate curiosity for organisational life has never waned. Prior to consulting, I spent a decade in a large multi-national in a variety of leadership roles. I know first hand how tough, and enriching, it is to be a leader in an organisation. My diversity of roles brings to my consulting a high degree of business credibility underpinned by a fervency for people development and growth. I have a deep love for humanity, am purpose and values driven and want to collaboratively help make my little piece of the world just a bit better through leader, leadership, strategy and cultural development.
