Cameron Brooks is the Founder and Director of Ignite Leadership, a forward-thinking leadership development practice dedicated to empowering leaders to excel and inspire transformation in their teams and organisations.
With over 30 years of experience, Cameron is a seasoned expert in organisational development, leadership, and group dynamics. He has a proven track record of enabling leaders to deepen their self-awareness, amplify their leadership impact, and foster purpose-driven, sustainable organisations.
Cameron’s career spans senior management roles in multinational organisations across Australia, Asia, and the Middle East, as well as consulting at the executive level for both public and private sectors. Since 2014, he has been a Program Director with Melbourne Business School, where he designs and delivers high-impact, custom-built and short-course leadership programs. His reputation for building strong, long-term client partnerships underscores his commitment to excellence and tangible outcomes.
Cameron’s practice is grounded in systems-psychodynamics, reflective practice, and experiential learning. He believes in empowering individuals to discover their own solutions, emphasising that people are not problems to be fixed. His holistic approach has helped hundreds of leaders elevate their personal and professional potential, transforming their teams and driving organisational success.
His extensive expertise includes executive and group coaching, the design and facilitation of multi-level leadership programs, engaging online learning solutions, and consulting on talent and capability frameworks. Cameron has collaborated with a diverse portfolio of clients, including the Department of Defence, ESTA 000, Kane Construction, Cbus Properties, Toll Group, Department of Transport, Mondelez International, Shell, Leighton International, and in South East Asia with organisations such as Axiata, TNB Malaysia, CelcomDigi, Sarawak Energy and UOB Bank Malaysia.
A lifelong learner, Cameron holds master’s degrees in business management, leadership, and group dynamics.
