Susan is a graduate of the Master of Leadership and Management (Organisational Dynamics). Her thesis addressed the dynamics of overbounded and underbounded organisations and the impacts of these dynamics on task effectiveness and human connectedness at work.

Following completion of a Bachelor of Arts Diploma of education and some years of primary teaching, Susan has worked for 15 years in the not-for-profit sector in roles that include organisational development, leadership and management, learning and development, organisational change, cross-cultural communications and mentoring. She has also completed a Grad Dip in Theology (Spiritual Direction).
