Working as a consultant in private practice Caroline specialises in leadership and team development, executive coaching/organisational role consulting (individuals and teams), strategic planning, cultural diagnosis and change.
She has worked with clients in a broad range of industries and sectors including health, sport, cultural and community sectors; and draws on diverse experiences working across the NGO, government and university sectors. Prior to life as a consultant, Caroline worked as a senior manager and innovative leader in the creative industries in Australia for almost 20 years; leading strategic reviews at both program and organisational levels; overseeing periods of significant structural and cultural change; designing and leading projects requiring complex collaborative partnerships. These roles took her around Australia and the world, where she worked in partnership with innovators in the public, private and commercial sectors. She draws on this extensive background in the arts, enabling clients to think through and around issues in lateral and creative ways.
